I might be misremembering, but I think you can delete pics by uploading empty picture files in their place. You can create an empty jpeg file with MS Paint by editing a new picture and saving it as a jpeg file.

You remembered exactly right, Ken.

You can also overwrite an old picture with a new picture.

The blank J-Peg is useful when you want to erase and not re-write a particular frame.

Grasgod, not sure how you would do that. You either need a digital camera, a scanner, or a friend with a scanner.

Grasgod, you should be able to connect a cable between your camera and computer, software usually comes with the camera to move the pics to the computer in the form of a jpg file. I have a Kodak camera with ezdock - I just push a button and the pics download to my pc. I have a 3 megapixel camera - I stretch and skew the pic to 15% of normal (using the "Paint" program) to get it within 30KB limits set by Dennis, then use Dennis's upload function to move the pic onto Tractorpoint web site.
